Here's how the returns process works.
This will be emailed to you after your products are delivered.
Wrap your products in their original packaging and bring them over with your return slip and invoice to any Babyshop or Centrepoint store.
An authorised staff member will take your package and hand you an acknowledgement receipt.
This will be processed after we check your returns. If you’ve paid by card, you can receive a refund to your card or opt for a Credit Note. If you’ve paid by cash or Knet, you can ask for a Credit Note or a refund to My Credit in your account.
Go to Order History in My Account, select the products you want to return and place a return request.
Wrap and seal your products in their original packaging or call us at 18-00-871 if you no longer have it.
Our courier partner may take 3-5 business days to pick it up. They’ll give you an acknowledgement receipt when they do.
We’ll check your returns and credit your refund to your card or bank account in 4-15 days. If you’ve paid by cash or Knet, you’ll receive a refund to My Credit in your account. Guest users will receive a Return Voucher.
Speak to us at 18-00-871 to schedule a pick-up time and location. Make sure you fill out the return slip first.
