The Website is provided as a service to you and is intended to allow you and other users to browse and order products and other goods or services ("Products") offered for sale on the Website ("Services"). Babyshop reserves the right to delete, modify, or supplement the content of the Website at any time for any reason without prior notification, and will use reasonable efforts to include up-to-date and accurate information on the Website.

Further after logging into any of our Participating Website you can easily visit all of our Participating Website through links in the Participating Website.

4.    SERVICES; ORDER, PRICING AND PAYMENT:

1. Prices and promotions of products on this website and Babyshop app may differ from those in Kuwait stores, and it might change without prior notice.


2. All The promotional offers and product prices offered on our website and app determined by RNA Resources Group Limited and it might differ from any stores.


3. The Services shall include: (i) The provision to you of the Website to purchase any Products;(ii) Procuring a logistics company experienced with collection and transportation to deliver your purchased Products to you ("Logistics Supplier"); and (iii) Babyshop customer support, enabling you to contact Babyshop at support@babyshopstores.com, support@lifestyleshops.com, support@homecentre.com, support@splashfashions.com,
    support@babyshopstores.com, support@centrepointstores.com and support@shoemartstores.com with any queries that you may have in relation to your purchased Product/s.You agree to pay the full amount payable for the Product as indicated during the order process, including any shipping costs or charges incurred with that order. All prices are displayed in Kuwaiti Dinar. All the aforesaid Services on our behalf are fulfilled by Landmark Central Market Co WLL, a company having trade license number [66883] existing under the laws of Kuwait, having its office at Star Mall #13, Al Omariya 85154,AL Rai (“Fulfilment Partner”).


4. Babyshop may not accept your order for Products if (a) the item/s is/are out of stock; (b) Babyshop is unable to obtain authorisation for your payment; (c) shipping restrictions apply to a particular Product; (d) Babyshop finds a Product or pricing error; or (e) for any other reason at Babyshop’s sole discretion. In any of these situations, Babyshop will inform you that your order has not been accepted, will not process your payment and will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our decision to decline processing an order, or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.


5. There may be errors in transmission resulting in the interruption of your purchase, you agree to cooperate with Babyshop to resolve such issues, and you agree that Babyshop shall have full discretion to determine the appropriate resolution in such cases.


6. All credit/debit card payments are subject to validation by the issuer. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorise payment, Babyshop will cancel your order and contact you for an alternative method of payment. Babyshop cannot be held responsible if this should result in a delay in dispatching your goods/Products.


7. All billing and registration information provided must be truthful and accurate. Providing any untruthful or inaccurate information constitutes a breach of these Terms. By confirming your purchase at the end of the process, you agree to accept and pay for the item/s requested.

10. Babyshop will use reasonable endeavors to provide you with attractive prices on the Website as well as in its stores, however, sometimes the price online will not match the price in a store.


11. Babyshop reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to limit the quantity of items purchased per person per household or per order. These restrictions may be applicable to order placed by same account, the same credit card and also to orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.

5.    SHIPPING

1. For  Babyshop to arrange to deliver any Products that you have purchased, you shall be solely responsible for providing the correct and accurate postal details.


2. Risk of loss and title for the Products that you purchase on the Website pass to you upon delivery of your purchased Products by the logistics supplier.


3. Babyshop is not responsible for any delays in the shipping of your ordered and purchased Product/s, lost or missing Product/s or the incorrect delivery of the Product/s to you, which is due to your fault or due to inaccurate, false or incomplete information provided by you.


4. All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to you. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact us immediately at support@babyshopstores.com, support@lifestyleshops.com, support@homecentre.com, support@splashfashions.com, support@babyshopstores.com,
    support@centrepointstores.com and support@shoemartstores.com and arrange for the faulty Product to be returned to us.


5. Please note that unless otherwise stated on the Website or APP, delivery dates are just estimates. They are not guaranteed delivery times and may differ despite our best efforts.

6.    RETURNS 

1. Babyshop wants you to be pleased with your purchase, and so if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, Babyshop will refund your purchase within fourteen (14) days of delivery of your purchased Products. Please go through the Returns Policy available on the Website and the Important Information given at Clause 11. Products purchased through the Website should be returned new, unused, in their original packaging and with the original invoice and all Product tags still attached along with any free or discounted products bought together as part of any promotional offer. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted by Babyshop and may be sent back to you. All correctly returned Products will be refunded in the manner mentioned hereinbelow:
   a. If you have paid through credit/debt card then refund will be made to the original purchaser as credit to the relevant credit/debit card or bank account used for the transaction after deducting the applicable bank charges (if any).
   b. If you have paid for your order by cash, the refund will be processed as below:
   i. Online returns: If you are a registered user, you will receive a refund to My Credit section in your website account.If you are a guest user, you will receive a refund through exchange voucher.
   ii. Return to store: In case you are returning the products to our store then you can opt to get the refund, either as a cash refund, a credit note or as a refund to My Credit section in your website account.
   c. If you have paid for your order using Shukran Points or similar then you will receive a refund to My Credit section in your website account.If you are a guest user, you will receive a refund through exchange voucher. The Credit Notes , refund to My Credit section and exchange vouchers are single-use vouchers valid for 6 months from the date of issue.The Credit Notes can be used to shop at Babyshop online or in-store, while the exchange vouchers can only be used to shop at Babyshop online stores and credit to My Credit Section can be used to be used to shop any of our online brands.


2. Please note card refunds may take up to thirty (30)business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and Babyshop shall not be liable for any delays in refund by card companies. Babyshop offers no guarantees whatsoever for the accuracy or timeliness of the refunds reaching the Customers card/bank accounts. This is on account of the multiplicity of organisations involved in processing of online transactions, the problems with Internet infrastructure currently available and working days/holidays of financial institutions. If you think that we have provided you with an incorrect refund, please contact us immediately on support@babyshopstores.com. 

7.    PRIVACY

11.    IMPORTANT INFORMATION

1. If you have purchased lingerie/swimming costumes or other like products, we ask that these items are tried for size and fit over underwear, without removing the protective adhesive strip, only until you are certain that you will keep them. Returns will not be accepted if this strip has been removed or if items are soiled, and will be sent back to you. Certain items like books/video games/cosmetics/perfume/spa items will not be exchanged or refunded if packing seal is opened.


2. If you have purchased delicate, beaded or light-colored Products, we ask that these items are tried for size and fit with a scarf to prevent make-up transfer and after any rings, earrings or other jewelry has been removed from your person, in the interest of maintaining the quality of these items. Returns will not be accepted if the garment is damaged or soiled and will be sent back to you.


3. Babyshop has made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our Products that appear on the Website. However, as computer monitors vary, Babyshop cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate. Babyshop attempts to be accurate in its product descriptions. 4. Limited warranties on select items start from the date of the purchase and last for the number of years stated against the product. The original invoice needs to be produced as proof of purchase to claim the warranty. Warranty products will only be repaired as per the warranty terms.
